Our Mission

Temple Sholom, a Reform Congregation, is committed to promoting a strong sense of Jewish identity for individuals and families through its educational programming.
We nurture our members’ emotional and intellectual attachment to the Jewish community through a combination of formal and informal education
We celebrate our Jewish heritage through the study of holidays, mitzvot, prayer, Torah and other Jewish texts, Hebrew, music, history, Israel and contemporary Jewish subjects.
The Reform principle of autonomy is an integral part of our synagogue as we provide for the needs of our diverse Temple family.
We affirm a cooperative partnership between synagogue and home in order to instill in our members the joy and excitement of living Jewish lives and the knowledge to act on those feelings.
